1. Returns Eligibility
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Some items such as undergarments, perishable goods, or customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@savercart.online with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.
- You may need to ship the product back to our return address (to be provided in the email).
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your bank or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video of the issue.
- We will replace the item or issue a full refund based on the situation.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
